Nature of the service
Orion Advisory provides business intelligence, research, monitoring and decision support based on public and client-authorised information. Deliverables may include opportunity research, source trails, fit assessments, requirements, risk flags and recommended next actions.
The service does not provide legal, tax, customs, sanctions, regulatory or procurement advice; formal compliance certification; or guarantees of eligibility, tender success, market access or contract award.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate scoping information, confirm that they are authorised to share submitted materials, review current official tender documents and make their own final commercial and eligibility decisions. Clients must not submit classified or unlawfully obtained information.
Payment and cancellation
The founder-pilot Sprint price is €399 one-time. Delivery begins after the capability interview, scope confirmation and payment. If Orion Advisory determines the service is not a fit before research begins, payment should be refunded. Once research has started, refund rights and delivery terms follow the final order confirmation.
Standard monthly plans may be cancelled before the next billing period. Strategic services may use a separate statement of work with different terms.
Accuracy and limitations
Public opportunities and requirements can change. Orion Advisory aims to capture current sources and distinguish fact from analysis, but clients remain responsible for checking current official documents. Geopolitical analysis identifies observable signals and scenarios; it does not predict outcomes.
